Outside of the gym, Evan expresses his creativity through cooking and embodies the notion that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring.  He encourages people to step outside their culinary comfort zone to experience the benefits of diverse cuisines from around the globe.  Good nutrition, regular exercise, and self-determination are a solid foundation for any individual to achieve success.
